Orders stay on your iPhone. No tracking, no ads and no selling.
The website
This website has no cookies, analytics or tracking. The fit builder and the help chat run entirely in your browser, from Bite Club's own knowledge base. Nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose to copy or share a request yourself.
The app
Orders stay on your iPhone. Your vault holds orders, photos, scans and messages. It is stored on that iPhone and, when Studio Line is on, in your own iCloud, shared only with the Bite Club studio.
Photos and scans of your teeth can count as health information. They are used only to make your piece.
Sign in with Apple. If you continue with Apple, the app stores an anonymous Apple user ID in your iPhone's Keychain. Your name and email are stored only if you choose to share them, and they stay in your vault on your iPhone.
Ask (Gloss and Grit). Answers come from Bite Club's own knowledge base. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence they are written by Apple's on-device model. Your questions stay on your iPhone.
No tracking. The app contains no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking.
Your choices
You can delete an order from your vault at any time, sign out, or delete the app to remove what is stored on your iPhone. Deleting the vault also removes it from your iCloud. A piece already on the bench is not cancelled by that. Message the studio in Studio Line if you need that.
Who we are
Bite Club, London. Grillz are removable jewellery, not dental treatment. Personal data is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
