  1. Show your teeth.
  2. Impressions are taken by you or your dentist. Never by us.
  3. Full payment before we start.
  4. Private appointments only.
  5. 18 and over.
  6. Take them out to eat.
  7. Never sleep in them.
  8. Pain means stop.

From impression to snap-fit

Six stages, every one visible. In the Bite Club app they show live on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

  2. Stone modelYour impression is poured in dental stone and articulated.
  3. Wax sculptYour piece is hand-carved in wax at the micro bench.
  4. CastCast in precious metal, then finished on the bench.
  5. Polish & settingHand polished, with any stones set.
  6. Ready to snap-fitQuality checked and ready for collection or posting.

Safety first

Grillz sit on living teeth and gums, so before any order we ask you to confirm you're clear of the things that make them a bad idea. The studio never takes impressions — you take your own with our kit, or your dentist does.

Questions

How long do custom grillz take?

It depends on the piece and the metal. We confirm a timeline once your impression is checked, and you can follow every stage — wax sculpt, casting, polish — in the Bite Club app.

Do I need to come in for an impression?

No. Only a GDC-registered dental professional can take an impression inside your mouth, so the studio never does. Either take your own at home with our postal kit, or have your dentist take an impression or intraoral scan and send it over.

Can I eat with grillz in?

No — take them out to eat, and drink only water while wearing them.

Are grillz safe for my teeth?

Grillz are removable jewellery, not dental treatment. Wear them for limited periods, take them out to eat, and keep both your teeth and the grill clean. If you have loose teeth, gum disease, braces or untreated decay, see your dentist first — we ask every client to confirm this before ordering.

Is the gold solid?

Yes. We work in solid 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold and 925 sterling silver. Your quote names the metal. Grillz are removable jewellery, not dental treatment.
